We use DHL for the shipment of our garments. All deliveries require a signature on receipt. Please note that we are not liable for any delays resulting from postal provider.

UK

  • £15 Standard Delivery: receive your order within 3-4 business days
  • £35 Express delivery time: receive your order within 1-2 business days
  • Please note that we are not liable for any delays resulting from postal provider 
  • Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible

EUROPE

  • €15 Standard Delivery: receive your order within 3-4 business days

USA

  • £25 Standard Delivery: receive your order within 2-4 business days
  • Please note that international shipments are subject to customs clearance which can cause delays out of our control. As part of routine inspections carried out by US Customs, orders valued over $2,500 may be subject to a further information request via our nominated courier including the shipping receivers IRS number. This is a routine requirement requested by US Customs for clearance of the shipment
  • Order processing can take up to 3 working days, shipping time is an estimate following this

REST OF WORLD

  • £45 Standard delivery: receive your order within 4-5 business days
  • For customers outside of the UK and Europe, all orders are shipped with import duties & taxes unpaid. Therefore, customers will be contacted by our nominated courier in advance of delivery for collection of these fees which are payable directly to the courier. Duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • Please note that international shipments are subject tocustoms clearance which can cause delays out of our control
  • Order processing can take up to 3 working days, shipping time is an estimate following this

SHIPPING PROVIDER

We use FEDEX for the shipment of our jewellery. Please be aware that all deliveries require a signature. For orders up to £50,000 Express Delivery is complimentary. Please note that we are not liable for any delays resulting from postal provider.

MADE TO ORDER

All Jewellery pieces are Made to order and will take up to 12 weeks for the delivery of the item. Occasionally, we have some of our made to order in stock, please contact us for further information at contact@mirayama.co.uk.

UK & EUROPE

Delivery estimates are 3-5 working days for EU and 2-3 working days for UK Mainland.

INTERNATIONAL

Delivery estimates are 5-7 working days for US & 5-7 working days for ROW (Monday –
Friday). Please note that international shipments are subject to customs clearance which can cause delays out of our control. DUTIES

For customers outside of the UK & Europe, all orders are shipped with Import Duties & Taxes unpaid. Therefore, customers will be contacted by our nominated courier in advance of delivery for collection of these fees which are payable directly to the courier. Duties and taxes are non-refundable. 

RETURNS

We hope you are delighted with your MIRAYAMA purchase. The satisfaction of our
customers is of paramount importance to us. In the event that you would like to return your MIRAYAMA online purchase, we will arrange a full refund - please note that this policy does not apply to pop-up location purchases. We are happy to accept returns of items within 14 days of receipt of the parcel. We cannot accept items outside of this return window. All items must be returned unused, in the original packaging. This includes the MIRAYAMA packaging box and all security tags still attached.

Please contact us straightaway via email contact@mirayama.co.uk with details of your online return request. We are not able to issue refunds or exchanges for goods that do not arrive or arrive damaged. Therefore, please ensure you package your return properly. Please be aware that we cannot refund import duties or taxes on international deliveries. All made to orderbespoke or engraved pieces cannot be refunded.

MIRAYAMA reserves the right to refuse a return on goods that are returned not in
their original condition or original packaging after 14 days. Any items returned soiled, damaged, without the original packaging or not in its original condition, that has been
damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be refunded. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will contact you via email to notify you that your return has been accepted. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank / credit holder.

Additional VAT charges will not be refunded. If you want a refund for your duties and/or taxes you'll need to contact DHL. Showing proof that you have sent the items back for a refund will assist with the speed of the refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@mirayama.co.uk. We are happy to exchange items if they are defective or damaged or we are happy to exchange items for a different style or colour within the same price range as the item you‘re returning. All exchanges are based on stock availability and additional shipping charges will be added. All made to orderbespoke or engraved pieces cannot be exchanged.

FAULTY ITEMS

Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it undergoes a quality-controlled check by our packing team. In the event your order is received damaged or faulty, please provide pictures and a detailed email including your order number to contact@mirayama.co.uk as soon as your order has been received. As a sustainable brand, every MIRAYAMA piece is 100% handmade by skilled artisans. This handmade craftsmanship makes each piece unique. For this reason, incidental marks and tonal variations may occur and should not be considered imperfections or faults for return. Missing crystals, beads and pearls are not classed as manufacturing faults if outside the 7-day return policy. However we can replace missing crystals after this time at a small repair fee, plus shipping where ever possible. Please contact us for a quote at contact@mirayama.co.uk. Damage caused by general wear and tear is the responsibility of the owner. We can not be responsible for any damage due to negligence.

COLOURS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the textures and colours of our products that appear on our website. However, as embroidery textures and colours as well as natural stones can be subjective to the viewer and may vary during our editing process, and actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that textures and colours you see on the website and on your monitor will be 100% accurate.

HANDMADE NATURE

Please note that your MIRAYAMA treasure is individually handcrafted from natural materials and may have some small imperfections and variations in finish, adding to its charm and individuality. These are not faults in the production of the garment or jewellery piece and are consistent with handmade quality. MIRAYAMA is not liable for minor faults and flaws that are considered normal in individually handmade products.
